The IMAG to host family fun night Jan. 11
INCOMING
EMERGENCY MESSAGE: There has been a disturbance in the Force and the IMAG is
tasked with bringing back balance. The IMAG History & Science Center is hosting a
Star-Wars themed evening of exploration, activities, dining, and fun, at which
both Sith and Jedi will train you in the same location under a
temporary peace treaty!
On Saturday, Jan. 11 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., join the IMAG Intergalactic Training Team for a family-friendly evening of dining at Mos Eisly Cantina, assisting the Mandalorian with finding the Child, building light sabers and training on Endor with Darth Vadar and Obi-Wan Kenobi. During the evening, you, your family, and friends will be able to shop and barter on Jakku with Rey and Finn; build and race droids on Tatooine with Luke Skywalker, C-3PO, R2-D2, and BB-8; and learn how to use the Force with Yoda and Darth Maul on Dagobah. In addition, you will enjoy pilot training in our flight simulators at our Star Wars Launch Bay with Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Poe Damaron; explore the planets and moons of the Star Wars’ universe with Princess Leia; and learn how to use Nitrogen Carbonite with our resident Jedi Master.
Now is the time for you, your
family, and friends to join the Rebel Alliance, the Resistance, the Imperial
Army, or the First Order. It is time for you to choose your path to the Light
or the Dark Side.
You are invited to join in the fun and excitement of “STEM WARS: The F=m(a) Awakens” Family Fun Night on Saturday, Jan. 11 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The IMAG is located on planet Earth at 2000 Cranford Ave., Fort Myers. IMAG members are $30 and non-members are $40. For more information and to register, please visit the IMAG website at www.theIMAG.org or call 239-243-0043. Darth Vadar has warned us that he finds a lack of registration disturbing…
