Edison Festival of Light Feb. 10 – 18 in Fort Myers
The Edison Festival of Light returns in 2024 with a variety of fun events for the entire family.
Join them for the parade for everyone on Feb. 11 at 1:30 p.m. The Edison Festival of Light Junior Parade has grown into Southwest Florida’s largest youth parade that involves children of all ages. It showcases the talent and creativity of area children, families and organizations.
Other festival highlights include the STEMtastic Day of Discovery (10 a.m.) and Mutt Strutt (11 a.m.) on Feb. 10, Junior Fun Run on Feb. 11 at noon, Junior Coronation on Feb. 11 (after the parade), Craft Fair Feb. 17 & 18 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., the Grand Parade (at 7 p.m.) and 5K Run (at 5:15 p.m.) on Feb. 17 and the classic car show on Feb. 18 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Additionally, the Edison Garden Festival will take place Feb. 10 – 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Edison Ford Winter Estates, and the Thomas Alva Edison Kiwanis Science and Engineering Fair is Feb. 16 and 17 at Alico Arena at FGCU.
