Coast Elite Gymnastics

Our parent and child class is designed for children from 18 to 36 months, accompanied by a parent or guardian. This 45-minute class introduces gymnastics body positions, skills such as forward & backward rolls, and activities on the balance beam and uneven bars. The class begins with group stretching and typically includes an obstacle course with plenty of opportunities for climbing, rolling, and jumping, as well as rotations to at least two gymnastics events.
