Free Movie in the Park – Smallfoot
Wa-Ke Hatchee Community Park, 16760 Bass Road, Fort Myers
Saturday, Feb. 9 • Movie begins at 6:30 p.m.

The PG-rated animated comedy adventure “Smallfoot” will be the main feature. The animated movie offers a spin on the Bigfoot phenomenon. “Smallfoot” focuses on a yeti who is convinced that the elusive creatures called “smallfoot” that inhabit the world actually do exist and aren’t myths passed down through the generations. Popcorn and snow cones from Southern Snoballs will be available for purchase. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs. 239-533-7275

Junior Parade

CenturyLink Sports Complex Open House

The Twins will host the annual CenturyLink Sports Complex Open House on Monday, Feb. 18 in conjunction with the first full squad workout. All fans are welcome to this free event that will include a health fair, inflatable activities for kids and a free youth clinic. Fans are encouraged to come watch the Twins in their first workout of the 2019 spring season at Hammond Stadium. 239-533-7695

44th Annual Greek Festival

There will be a carnival for children, complete with rides and games as well as Greek food, vendors selling Greek specialties, clothing, jewelry and gifts. Church tours will introduce you to the ancient beauty of this Byzantine faith. Curbside Carryout is available from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Friday if you want to take some Greek meals home for dinner after a long work week. Hours run from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday. 239-481-2099
